PRIVACY POLICY

Short version: we collect as little as we can. We do not sell your data, we do not run ads, and our software does not track you.

1. Who is responsible

2. What we collect, why, and on what basis

When you visit the website

  • Your IP address and browser details reach the servers that deliver the page (MailerLite, which hosts the site, and the font and script services listed in our Cookie Policy). This is needed to show you the page (legitimate interest).
  • Cookies: see the Cookie Policy. Anything that is not strictly needed loads only after you accept it.

When you join the newsletter

  • Your email address, and your name if you give it, the date you signed up and whether you open or click our emails.
  • Why: to send you the newsletter you asked for (your consent). You confirm your signup by email, and you can leave at any time with the unsubscribe link in every email.

When you buy

  • Your name, email address, country, what you bought, when and for how much. Payment details go straight to Stripe; we never see your card.
  • Why: to deliver your product, give you access, support and updates (the contract with you) and keep the tax and accounting records the law requires (legal obligation).
  • After a purchase we may email you about updates and about similar products of ours (legitimate interest, as Spanish law allows for customers). You can say no at checkout and at any time with the link in every email.

When you write to us

  • Your email address and whatever you write. Why: to answer you (legitimate interest, or the contract if you are a customer).
  • We use AI assistants (provided by Anthropic) to help us sort messages and prepare draft replies. A person reads and sends every reply. Your messages are not used to train AI models.

When you use our software

  • MaxSignal and MaxPowerGrade run inside DaVinci Resolve and send us nothing.
  • MaxGrab keeps its settings and a list of your recent downloads only on your computer. It connects to the site of the link you paste, to GitHub to fetch its helper tools, and once a day to maksymgladysh.com to check for updates. It sends us no personal information and nothing about what you download. Details are in the MaxGrab Privacy Notice inside the product.

3. Who handles data for us

  • MailerLite (UAB MailerLite, Lithuania, EU): website, newsletter, shop and purchase emails.
  • Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe Ltd, Ireland, and Stripe, Inc., USA): payments.
  • Google (Google Ireland Ltd): our email (Gmail) and file delivery (Google Drive).
  • Vimeo (Vimeo.com, Inc., USA): product videos, only when you press play.
  • Anthropic (Anthropic, PBC, USA): AI help with sorting and drafting replies to messages.

Each works under a data processing agreement. Some are in the USA: those transfers are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

We never sell or rent your data, and we never share it with advertisers.

4. How long we keep it

  • Newsletter: until you unsubscribe, then we keep only your address on a block list so we never email you again by mistake.
  • Purchases: for as long as the law requires for tax and accounting records (in Spain up to 6 years), then deleted.
  • Messages: up to 2 years after the conversation ends, unless they are part of a purchase record.

5. Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, to limit how we use it, or object to it, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. Write to max@maksymgladysh.com; we answer within one month. If you think we handle your data wrongly, you can complain to your data protection authority (in Spain, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, www.aepd.es).

6. Age

Our site and products are not meant for children. You must be at least 14 to join the newsletter and at least 18 (or have a parent's permission) to buy.

7. Changes

If this policy changes, the new version goes on this page with its date. If the change is important, we tell customers and subscribers by email.
