LICENSE AGREEMENT (MaxSignal, MaxPowerGrade and future products)

This agreement is between you and GLADVISUAL, LLC ("we"). It covers MaxSignal, MaxPowerGrade, MaxRound and any later product that points to it. MaxGrab has its own License Agreement, which ships inside its Legal folder and is published on the site.
1. What you get
When you buy (or download a free product) you get a personal, worldwide, lifetime license to use the product. You do not buy the product itself: we keep all rights in it.
2. What you can do
- Install and use it on all of your own computers.
- Use it for personal and commercial work: client projects, YouTube, ads, films, music videos. You owe us nothing more for what you make with it.
- Keep a backup copy.
- Show it in your videos and tutorials, and link to our product page.
3. What you cannot do
- Share, resell, give away, upload or post the product files (the .drfx, .drx, footage, course videos or any part of them), or let other people use your copy. Each person or freelancer needs their own license. A studio with several editors needs one license per editor.
- Remove our name, rename the product and pass it off as your own, or include it in another product, preset pack, template or course.
- Use the product files, the course or their parts to train, build or prompt an AI system that recreates them.
- Download course videos with screen recorders or downloaders, unless we offer a download.
4. Course and certificate (MaxPowerGrade)
Course access is personal: do not share your login or links. The completion certificate is issued by us. It is not an official, academic or accredited qualification, and it does not say otherwise.
5. Example footage
Example footage that comes with a product is for practice and for learning only. Do not publish it, sell it or use it in client work.
6. Updates
Updates are free for as long as we publish them. A new major version announced as included (such as MaxSignal V2 for MaxSignal buyers) comes to you at no cost.
7. If you break this agreement
If you break sections 3 to 5, your license ends and you must delete the product. We may disable shared links and act to protect our work.
8. Warranty
The product does what its page describes. Beyond that it is provided "as is", as far as the law allows: DaVinci Resolve and operating systems change, and we cannot promise it works with every future version, though we work to keep it running. Your legal rights for faulty digital content are not affected.
9. Liability
As far as the law allows, our total liability is limited to the price you paid, and we are not liable for lost projects, lost profits or indirect loss. Keep backups of your work. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. General
Spanish law applies. Consumers keep the protections of the law of their own country and can go to the courts where they live. If one part of this agreement is invalid, the rest still applies.
